Privacy

When you send an enquiry or book a society day or the function suite through this site, we keep your name, email address, phone number and what you told us about the booking: the package or occasion, the date, the numbers and any notes. We use them to reply to you and to run the day. We do not sell or share them with anyone else.

Tee times are booked on the BRS Golf tee sheet, which has its own privacy policy. Members' log in is handled by HowDidiDo Passport, which has its own too.
